How can you add your property listing on our website?

1- In order for you to be able to use our system you must register on our system as a validated user. In order for you to obtain a password simply to to the "enter" option user the customer area. Once you are there click on the "register" button and fill out your details. once you have done that the system will send you an email containing your password.

2- Now that you have your password direct your browser to the members area of the website and choose the "Add Property" option to add a new property listing.

3- Simply populate the form selecting the right inputs and check boxes about your property type and features. once you have done that click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page. If there are any problems with your listing you will be notified at the top of the page in red writing. please resolve the problems and proceed by choosing the "Next" button again.

4- Here you can add images for your property listing. This is a great tool to help customers choose the property that is right for them. The optimum size of your image files should be between 100kb to 500kb, this will insure faster display results for customers and also maintain the image quality. Images for property listing are a great way to eliminate buyer concerns and help you better showcase your property portfolio. Note that images can not be greater than 2MB.

5- Once you are happy with all the images you have uploaded make sure you select the "front page" option on one of the images, this will be the first image shown in the catalog as people browse through the listings.

6- Upon completion please click on the "Next" button again.

7- You are now in the maps section of your listing, in here you can select the exact location that your property is located on. simply double click on the area closest to where you think it is located and you will see a market appear on the map. You can make it more accurate by choosing the zoom menu options provided to you on the left hand side of the screen or alternatively if you have the GPS coordinates of your property you can also add them on the right hand side of the screen. Once you click on the save button that will be the selected marker potion that will be the map shown  on your property listing as to the exact location of your property.
